Conference fee: US$ 490 - The registration fee includes:

How to register

All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the registration form and by paying the appropriate fees. Please note that the Registration Form is to be used to register one participant only.

Discounts are available upon application for non-profit organisations from developing countries (conference fee: US$ 100 per person - two discounted seats per organisation). Please send your application to info@munichre-foundation.org including a short description of your organisation. 
 
Participation fee for representatives of the press will be waived. Please contact the conference office at info@munichre-foundation.org for details.

To register online, please note that we can only accept MasterCard or Visa. For payments by bank draft, please contact the conference office at info@munichre-foundation.org for details. All payments will be made in US$.

Accommodation and Visa

Please make your own hotel and travel arrangements. We strongly recommend that you book early as the conference coincides with the holiday season.
Visa: You will also receive a formal invitation letter from the IRDA. Please allow sufficient time (4–6 weeks) to obtain a visa.

Personal or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Confirmation

Registration become valid upon confirmation of the registration fee transfer received by the Munich Re Foundation.

Cancellation / Refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to the Munich Re Foundation:

Cancellations received or postmarked up to and including 15 October 2007 will receive a refund less a US$ 30 administrative fee. All cancellations received postmarked later than 15 October 2007, are non-refundable.

Waiver

By registering, the participant agrees, accepts, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to assert a claim against the organisers should the holding of the  Microinsurance Conference 2007 be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate changes to the programme.

Applicable law

All legal relations between the participant and the Munich Re Foundation shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without regard to its conflict of law rules.
