Acquisition of the following experiences at senior level:

  • at the bar, creation and organization in all its aspects of an own lawyers association with activities in media, IT, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, for such purposes as the classic company law issues, optimization of real estate acquisitions, IPO’s, setting up distribution schemes, securitization, mergers and acquisitions;
  • extensive decision-making experience both in mediation and arbitration and as a Court Judge and as a member of various government bodies in the following sectors : media, competition and general commercial, economic and financial matters;
  • extensive teaching experience;
  • experience with administrative matters through the provision of assistance to government agencies within the areas of education and research (establishment and introduction of the BAMA Decree and negotiations with foreign administrations regarding the development of joint rules and authorization mechanisms);
  • extensive management experience both in outlining a new philosophy governing the functioning of the university education landscape and, more specifically, in developing a unified financial supervisory body ; control of the relevant implementation process in terms of both staff turn-around and budgetary implications;
  • particular interest in the international dimension of social developments in the sectors of economic-financial evolution, technology and competition developments;
  • constant interest in good communication with target groups (sectors involved and political authorities) and press (both specialized and general press).
