Capable of providing solutions to facilitate and ensure a growing market penetration and high profitability of the products implemented. The World Women Foundation (FMMB) at Bucaramanga
From 1989 to date.I have participated in the creation, development, and strengthening of this institution up to the present day. I have positioned it in the year 2005 as the Best Microfinancial Institution at Latin American level, being conferred the “Excellence Award in Microfinance” by the Inter-American Development Bank. This award is granted to those institutions and people attain outstanding results in their work as supporters of microbusinesses and community development in Latin America and the Caribbean region.

Title: Executive President 1994 to date
Duties: Besides the duties associated to the post of Executive Director, this appointment focuses on the most accurate direction of the good performance demonstrated by the Directive Board.

Title: Executive Director 1989 – 1994
Duties: was the Legal Representative of this foundation and the main executor of the decisions made by the Directive Board and superior to all officials. I have participated in the design and implementation of the Foundation’s business plan by defining the strategy to follow on a year- to – year basis in order to attain the fulfillment of its vision, mission, and objectives.
