Registration and fees

How to register

All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the registration form and by paying the appropriate fees. Please note that the registration form is to be used to register one participant only. Personal or company cheques cannot be accepted.

To register online, please note that we can only accept MasterCard or Visa. For payments by bank transfer an additional charge of € 50 applies.
Registrations after 28 October will only be possible by credit card.

The registration fee includes

• Access to the conference
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Meet and greet reception and dinner reception

Hotel and travel is not included in the registration fee. Please make your own hotel and travel arrangements.   

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Confirmation

Registration becomes valid upon confirmation of the registration fee transfer received by the Munich Re Foundation.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to the Munich Re Foundation.

Cancellations received or postmarked up to and including 15 October 2010 will receive a refund less a € 50 administrative fee. All cancellations received postmarked later than 15 October 2010, are non-refundable.

Waiver

By registering, the participant agrees, accepts, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to assert a claim against the organisers should the holding of the 6th International Microinsurance Conference 2010 be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate changes to the programme.

Applicable law

All legal relations between the participant of the 6th International Microinsurance Conference 2010 and the Munich Re Foundation shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without regard to its conflict of law rules.
